I recently purchased a 64GB set of DDR5 RAM (Corsair VENGEANCE 64GB, 2x32GB, 5200MHz), but I overlooked its compatibility with my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-B650 GAMING X AX V2). I noticed that it boots with just one 32GB stick, which I've been using, but I'm stuck on what to do next. RAM prices have skyrocketed recently, so I'm wondering if there's any workaround to use both sticks or if I'm out of luck.

Have you checked if the RAM is installed in the correct slots? Sometimes putting RAM in slots 1 and 3 instead of 2 and 4 can make a difference. It might help to experiment a bit.
If your RAM isn’t on the motherboard's QVL, that could indeed be the issue. Sometimes motherboards are picky about RAM not listed on their compatibility list. You might want to try updating your motherboard's BIOS to see if that helps recognize both sticks.

I tried different configurations, but it didn't work. When I booted with just one stick, I had to remove the CMOS battery first for it to function properly. I'm not sure if I should try that step again with both sticks.
