I've got this old laptop that used to be fantastic, but lately, its screen has developed a serious flickering issue that makes it uncomfortable to use. The screen moves left and right randomly, which hurts my eyes. I want to know if there's any way I can connect my old laptop to my new one to get the old performance without dealing with that annoying screen issue. My new laptop is lacking in power and doesn't even come with a graphics card. Any solutions?

Honestly, there's not a straightforward way to combine the two laptops like that. If they were the exact same model, you could swap the screens, but that's not really the case here. You could look into using something called spacedesk, but it’s not great for gaming or anything intensive. It might not be the best solution you're hoping for.
I see, so it sounds like I would need to invest in an external monitor to connect to the old laptop for better performance?
