I just got a new PC, and I'm having trouble connecting to the internet. My old computer had Wi-Fi built in, but this one doesn't have any adapters and I don't have an Ethernet cable. Is there a way to use my phone's Wi-Fi and connect it to my PC via USB? I'm hoping to turn my phone into a sort of mobile router for my new setup.

Absolutely! Just connect your phone to your PC using a USB cable and enable USB tethering in your phone's settings. On Android, you should find a quick toggle for it in the notifications. If you're using an iPhone, the steps are a bit different, but it's doable too! Just check your settings for Personal Hotspot.
Also, keep in mind that your PC might actually have a Wi-Fi card already installed, but it may lack the necessary driver. If you keep using USB tethering, Windows should automatically download the driver once it gets internet access. So just keep an eye out for the Wi-Fi option later!
