I'm having some compatibility issues with my motherboard's BIOS and CPU, so I'm considering a BIOS update. I've been researching how to do it but I'm a bit unclear. Do I need to disconnect everything except for the power supply and CPU, or is it okay to keep the CPU, CPU cooler cable, fan cables, RGB cable, RAM, and everything else plugged in? I'm using a Gigabyte B550 Eagle.

You don’t have to disconnect accessories at all. Just make sure everything is connected properly, and you should be good to go with Qflash!
Yes, you can definitely keep your components connected. Qflash is designed to specifically target the motherboard's BIOS, so there's no need to unplug everything.
Thanks for confirming that!

Thank you for the info!
