I recently bought the ASUS Prime B650-Plus WiFi motherboard, but I discovered that some of the pins got bent without me realizing it. Now that I've got a new non-WiFi motherboard, I'm wondering if I can use the WiFi adapter that came with the original motherboard, or will I need to purchase a new adapter altogether?

Honestly, you might want to consider returning the broken board if it's not functional. It might help you save a bit of money. Don't let the "too late" feeling stop you; it’s worth checking out!
If you're feeling brave, you could try to straighten those socket pins. There are loads of YouTube tutorials on how to do it carefully. It might not be as bad as it sounds!
I actually tried that and made it worse. So, not the best idea for me.
You seem to be asking if you can just use the WiFi adapter from your bent motherboard on the new one, right? That might not be a good plan since the IO and cutouts differ between models, plus returning a product you already modified with bent pins probably won’t fly.
No, no! I meant I just bought the non-WiFi one after getting the WiFi model from Amazon weeks ago. I was just checking if the adapter would work before I bought another one.

I hear you, but I already tossed the box and protective stuff after buying it a couple of weeks ago. Just started building my PC and then realized the monitor wouldn't connect!
