I'm trying to figure out if this cable can convert a 4-pin RGB to a 3-pin ARGB so I can connect my 3-pin ARGB fans to my fan hub. The issue is that I don't have a 3-pin ARGB header on my motherboard. Here's the cable I found: [Amazon Link]. Any insights?

Unfortunately, that cable won’t work for your setup. It's designed for connecting 3-pin ARGB devices to Corsair's non-standard 4-pin connectors. Also, you should know that what you have is a hub, not a controller. Hubs are for connecting multiple fans to a single ARGB header, which is different from controlling them. You might want to consider getting an actual controller, which usually comes with remote control features and is relatively inexpensive, around $10.

You might want to check out products from Pirate Dog tech cables if you're looking for compatible solutions. They have some good options for RGB setups.
