I'm considering upgrading my PC to be capable of 4K gaming and want to get some opinions on whether the parts I've picked out can support that. Here's the list of components I'm looking at: . I'm aware that I'll need to get a cooler separately, so please ignore the cooler absence for now. What do you think about these choices for 4K gaming?

Absolutely, you should be able to game at 4K with the RTX 5070 Ti! You'll likely want to utilize DLSS for a smoother experience, especially in more demanding titles. Just a head’s up though, if you're focused on gaming, considering an x3d CPU might enhance performance even more!

If you want to achieve optimal performance, switching to a CPU like the 7800x3d or 9800x3d would be a solid upgrade! Those chips are known for excelling in gaming scenarios.

Yeah, an x3d chip can outperform the Intel option in gaming, especially at higher resolutions.

I opted for 1440p Ultrawide with my 5070 Ti instead since I prefer higher frame rates for competitive shooters. If you’re mainly into single-player games, you can definitely go for 4K but keep in mind the trade-off with FPS. For immersion, 1440p Ultrawide might be the way to go.
