I'm really concerned about the security of my phone. A month ago, I accidentally downloaded a trojan on my computer while my phone was connected via USB. After that, I performed a factory reset on my phone and installed a clean system on my computer, hoping to eliminate any issues. However, I'm still experiencing suspicious activity through apps on my phone even though I'm using a passkey and two-factor authentication. I'm feeling pretty desperate since I can't figure out what's going on. Could this just be an app issue? And is there anything that stops a hacker from bypassing security measures?

Factory resets usually do a good job of removing malware, so it's unlikely any viruses stuck around. If you're worried about lingering issues, try clearing your device's cache before doing a reset. Just hold the power button and volume controls to find those options—hope this helps!
It's probably not your phone unless you've installed sketchy apps recently or if it's been rooted. What antivirus or malware protection apps are you using? That might provide some help with scanning.
How do you know it was a trojan? Lots of apps get flagged as such but aren't really harmful. Maybe it’s worth scanning your phone again to double-check.
It sounds more like there's an issue with your accounts rather than your phone itself. If you’re using Samsung as your provider, check your Samsung account to ensure there aren’t any unknown devices linked. Sometimes hackers can access your accounts if they have your login details, even if your phone seems secure.
I did check that, but it’s only showing my tablet as linked. I don’t see anything else that looks suspicious.
