Can’t Access BIOS to Enable Secure Boot

I'm trying to enable Secure Boot on my Windows 10 system, but I can't seem to access the BIOS. When I start up my PC, it takes me straight to the login screen, and I don't see any option to enter the BIOS setup.

Here are my system specs:
- Motherboard: Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi
- CPU: i9-9900K @ 3.6GHz
- GPU: 2080ti
- RAM: 64GB

I've disabled fast boot, but despite repeatedly pressing keys like F2, F11, F12, and DEL during startup, all I get is a black screen for a while before it boots to Windows.

I even tried accessing the BIOS through Windows by going to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery and selecting UEFI Firmware Settings, but I only see options like "Continue" and "Troubleshoot." When I click on Troubleshoot, I end up with "Startup Settings" and can only choose to Restart, which just leads back to a black screen again.

I thought about wiping my PC and getting Windows 11, but Microsoft's compatibility check says my PC isn't compatible because Secure Boot isn't enabled in the BIOS.

Great documentation! I noticed you've mentioned turning off fast boot, but I'm curious—how did you manage to do that if you couldn't get into the BIOS?

I recommend trying to boot your PC with the C drive unplugged. Without the operating system, it shouldn't boot straight to Windows, and this might give you access to the BIOS. Once you make the changes, restart to check if everything is correct, and then plug your C drive back in.

That seems frustrating! Just to confirm, did you manage to get into the BIOS using the method suggested? If unplugging the C drive worked for you, that's great! Just remember to reconnect it afterward. Sometimes updating the BIOS can help with boot issues, but it sounds like you did that already. Let us know how it goes!
