Can’t Access My Laptop Due to Quick Heal Password in Safe Mode

I need some help with a frustrating situation! I tried to uninstall Quick Heal, but it keeps asking for a password. In an attempt to bypass this, I booted my laptop into Safe Mode (Minimal), thinking that would help me remove the software. However, now my laptop won't start properly and only shows a Quick Heal window asking for a password. I'm stuck because I can't get past this password screen to access my laptop. All I want is to return to normal mode so I can use my computer, but the Quick Heal was set up by my previous office's IT guy, and he doesn't have the password either.

I totally get your frustration. That password is a pain! Usually, it's set up to prevent unauthorized users from making changes. Without the password, your options are limited. However, you might be able to use a recovery disk or a system restore point from before you booted into Safe Mode. Just keep in mind that it may not work if the software is still active.

It sounds like you're in a bit of a bind there. Quick Heal's password protection is designed to stop unauthorized changes, which is why you're seeing that window. Unfortunately, if you don't have the password, it makes things tricky. You may want to reach out to Quick Heal's support team; they might have a way to help you regain access.
