I'm having trouble connecting to my combo router/modem through both ethernet and WiFi. I've tried power cycling it multiple times, but nothing seems to work. The router lights are all green and my ISP assures me that the connection is stable. However, my phone keeps saying 'connection failed' and my PS5 shows 'unable to obtain IP.' I've even attempted to set a static IP, but that hasn't helped either. Since I can't establish any connection, I'm unable to check or modify the router settings. I'd greatly appreciate any assistance!

Sounds like you're on Spectrum. Just so you know, they often require you to manage everything through their app. The same goes for Google routers. Might be worth checking if there are any specific settings you need to configure.
To troubleshoot, try connecting your router to a computer using an Ethernet cable and run ipconfig to check if you're getting a valid IP address from the router. If not, you may need to do a factory reset on the router. Look for a button on the device to reset it. For WiFi, you can also delete your current WiFi configuration and attempt to connect again. That sometimes helps.
Factory reset worked. Thank you for your help!
It's actually Wow!, not Spectrum.
