Can’t Install Windows 11 on My New PC – Need Help!

I recently built a new computer using an MSI MAG X870E TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM5 motherboard, and while I've managed to work around some issues, I'm now trying to resolve a specific problem with Windows 11 installation. When I attempt to install Windows 11 via a USB device, I get a message saying I need to install a driver that seems unavailable on the MSI website. I've already tried all the drivers in the Win11 x64 section on their site without success. I might be missing something obvious, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Try changing the BIOS storage mode from RAID/VMD to AHCI. This has resolved the storage driver issue for many users in similar situations. Plus, if you connect via wired Ethernet during the install, it should handle any network driver concerns. AHCI also generally works better for setups that aren’t using RAID. Good luck!

I'll give that a try, thank you!

This is definitely the right solution. Alternatively, you could download the RAID drivers and load them during the installation if you want to go that route.

Honestly, drivers shouldn't be an issue just for USB installation. Make sure you've created the installation USB correctly and that your target drive is hooked up properly. Boot from the USB and follow the installation steps; it should work unless something else is off.

I get this screen when I try to boot from the USB. Created it using both Rufus and balenaEtcher but nothing changes.
