I'm having trouble logging into my new desktop. My mouse is working fine, but my keyboard is Bluetooth and it seems like the USB micro connector isn't working to connect it. I left the keyboard charging overnight, but it's still not responsive. Any suggestions?

Make sure your keyboard is actually turned on. Sometimes it can power on briefly and shut off if the battery is too low or if there's a connection issue. Check if there's a power switch or an indicator light.
If you're stuck on the login screen, you can use the On-Screen Keyboard feature. Click the accessibility icon in the bottom right corner of the lock screen, and it will give you options. You can also try re-pairing the keyboard since some can connect to multiple devices; make sure you're selecting the right one when pairing.
You might need to install a driver for your Bluetooth keyboard to get it working with Windows. Try checking the manufacturer's website for any drivers specifically for Windows 10.
Glad to hear you sorted out the Bluetooth issue! Setting up iTunes must be a relief now. If you run into any more problems, don't hesitate to reach out!
