I've been out of the PC building scene for over 8 years and I'm planning to invest more than I ever have before. I'm sharing my current setup via a link: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/M2CNZc. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it and if there are any concerns I should be aware of!

Honestly, your initial build started strong with the 7800X3D, but it kinda goes downhill from there. You might want to swap some parts to avoid issues—like running 4 sticks of DDR5 RAM, which isn’t always compatible. Also, it looks like you forgot to add a drive; are you moving your storage from your old PC? Here's a modified list I made that’s not only cheaper but includes an awesome RX 9070XT card! Check it out: [link]. That’s a serious upgrade over the 7800X3D and gives about a 45% performance boost in games—definitely something to think about!

Yeah, I'm bringing my drives over. I’ve been wary of newer graphics cards because I don't want AI features that boost frames; it seems strange to me. Will they still perform well without those features?

You can still get solid performance without focusing on AI boosts. Just be prepared to tweak some settings, and going with 2 sticks instead of 4 is a solid call!

You might want to reconsider using 4 sticks of RAM; it's generally better to go with just 2. Also, I've heard some complaints about Corsair’s fan and lighting software, but I can't speak from personal experience. For fans, try to stick with all 140mm ones if your case allows—it’ll be quieter and will move more air at lower speeds! Good luck!

I checked, and the case can fit both 120mm and 140mm fans, so you should be good there! But yeah, Corsair makes great products, so it's an option if you want to shop around for cooling.

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely look for 140mm fans and limit to two sticks of RAM.

For RAM, definitely go with 2 sticks rather than 4; it’ll perform better. And consider a B850 motherboard—it should serve you well!

Yeah, and shooting for CL30 RAM is a good move too!
