Hey everyone! I'm building a new PC with a Ryzen 9 9800X3D and an RTX 5070 Ti, and I'm trying to decide on a power supply unit (PSU). I've got a few 850W options to consider, but I'm also thinking about the possibility of going for a 1000W PSU. Here are the 850W options I'm looking at:
1. 850W Endorfy Supremo FM6 Gold ATX 3.1 - PCIe 5
2. 850W be quiet! Pure Power 12 M ATX 3.0 - PCIe 5
3. 850W be quiet! Straight Power 12 Platinum ATX 3.0 - PCIe 5
4. 850W MSI MAG A850GL 80+ Gold ATX 3.0 - PCIe 5
5. 850W Corsair RM850e 2025 80+ Gold ATX 3.1 - PCIe 5
Would it be better to stick with 850W or is there a good reason to opt for the 1000W? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Personally, I only go for titanium-rated PSUs. Currently, I'm using an EVGA 1000W T2, and it’s fantastic. Keep in mind, just because a PSU is titanium-rated doesn’t guarantee it's high quality; it’s more about efficiency. Quality can vary.
I've heard that both MSI and ASRock are producing some fantastic PSUs right now, and they often have great pricing. Just make sure to check reviews before deciding!
True! A titanium rating is all about efficiency and doesn’t always mean the PSU performs the best. Quality assurance is super important!
