I'm currently building a PC and I'm deciding between the Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 240mm and 280mm coolers. My CPU is an Intel i7 Ultra, but I'm not sure which cooler would be more effective. Any advice on which one to choose?

What case are you using? The size of your case can really impact which cooler you can fit in there.
Just to clarify, the Intel i7 Ultra could be either the regular i7 or an Ultra 7—it's important to know which one for the best cooling advice. That said, both the 240mm and 280mm coolers should handle your CPU fine, but larger is typically better. If you're dealing with hotter components, the 280mm might give you an edge.
Generally speaking, a larger cooler is better for performance. It can dissipate heat more effectively, allowing for cooler or quieter operation. If your case can handle it, I'd recommend going for the 280mm.

So you're saying the 240mm is sufficient for most use cases?
