I'm looking to make the full switch from Windows to Linux and I'm torn between Linux Mint Cinnamon and Pop!_OS. I plan to eliminate dual booting entirely since almost all of my necessary programs are available on Linux or have workarounds. I've heard that Pop!_OS is great for Nvidia GPUs, which I have, but Linux Mint also seems to be a solid option. Is there a better distro suited for my hardware? Here are my specs:
- CPU: Intel Core i7-9700k
- Memory: 32 GB
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super

You should definitely be fine with Linux Mint. A good idea is to try it out using a live USB stick first. If everything works smoothly, go ahead and install it! Mint is known for its ease of use, especially for new Linux users.

For sure! I always recommend Linux Mint for newcomers. It's just so user-friendly.
