I'm putting together a new system primarily for gaming and photo editing, and I'm eyeing the 9700X processor. For my graphics card, I'm thinking about the 5070 Ti. Would this setup work well for some 4K gaming? It's been a while since I built a PC (I'm still using an old 1080 Ti), so I'm not up to speed on the latest options or any rumors about new hardware releases.

The 5070 Ti is a solid choice! It’s currently one of the best options on the market. While for 4K there are better cards like the 5080 or 5090, the 5070 Ti can still handle most games really well depending on the settings. Just check out the benchmarks for the games you play. If you’re not looking for max settings, there are cheaper alternatives that might also suit your needs.
Thanks! I’ve done some reading, but the 5070 Ti is about my budget limit. I considered lower spec cards too, but since I don’t upgrade often, I might as well go a bit higher!
