I'm looking to upgrade my PC's GPU and I'm curious if it's actually worth the investment. I primarily play first-person shooters, simulators, and strategy games, usually at 1080p or 1440p with medium to high texture settings. I also use dual monitors and here's my current setup: 32GB T Force RAM at 3600MT/s, an Asrock B550M HDV motherboard, a Ryzen 5 5600x CPU, and an Asrock Intel A770 8GB GPU with an Arctic classic air cooler. Occasionally, I dabble in editing with DaVinci Resolve and practice on Blender, but I'm definitely not a pro. Besides upgrading the GPU, should I consider replacing any other components?

You have a pretty strong setup! A GPU like the 5070 or the 9060xt with 16GB could definitely enhance your gaming experience at 1440p. Just a heads up, though, if you want to improve performance in Blender or DaVinci, you'll likely need to upgrade your CPU as well, since those programs benefit more from a better processor than just a new GPU.
I agree with that! But if you’re looking at a cheaper option, think about getting a card with more VRAM. While 8GB has worked fine for you, having more could prevent issues down the line. Just make sure any upgrade you consider aligns with your gaming needs!
