Could My Motherboard Be Faulty?

I just built a new PC, and when I powered it on, the lights and fans came to life, but I got no display signal on my monitor, even though I connected it to the GPU's display port. I attempted to perform a USB BIOS flash, but when I pressed the BIOS flashback button, nothing happened – no lights or indicators. I'm starting to think it might be an issue with the motherboard. What do you all think? Here's my setup: AMD Ryzen 9700x, Asus Prime X570 WiFi, RTX 5070, 16GB Corsair Vengeance 6000MHz DDR5, and an Asus Prime Gold 750W Power Supply.

It sounds like you're getting power, which is a good sign, but the lack of a signal definitely raises a flag. Have you tried connecting your monitor via HDMI to the GPU instead of the display port? Also, it's worth checking if you can get any signal by connecting it to the motherboard's onboard video (if applicable). Sometimes, booting with just one stick of RAM can help rule out memory issues too.

I tried that, but it didn't change anything. I've gone through all the connections, reseated components, and even tested it with just one stick of RAM, but no luck.

You mentioned the RGB lights and fans were on, which usually means the power supply is fine, but it's strange that you're not seeing any BIOS activity. It might be worth double-checking that the RAM is properly seated and compatible with your motherboard. If all else fails, you might need to consider that the motherboard could be faulty and look into an RMA.

I've confirmed that the RAM is seated correctly and compatible, but I'm still not able to get it to boot. I'm starting to lean towards the motherboard being the issue.
