Could My RAM Be Faulty?

I've been building a new PC and I've hit a snag. The system powers up—the fans and lights are working—but all I see on the screen is 'No Signal'. I've tried different monitors, reseating both the GPU and RAM, cleaning the slots, doing a CMOS reset, and testing each RAM stick one at a time. Nothing seems to get the PC to boot. Is it possible that the RAM is faulty, or am I missing something in my troubleshooting?

First, can you share your build specs? That might help in pinpointing the issue.

I know it can be frustrating! It sounds like you've done a lot of troubleshooting already. Have you considered the possibility of an issue with the motherboard? Sometimes even if everything looks fine, it can still have hidden faults.

Looks like your power supply is working fine. Since you're unable to get into BIOS, have you tried all combinations of each RAM stick in both slots? It’s essential to test them that way.
