I'm planning to upgrade my CPU and possibly my motherboard, PSU, and case for better performance, especially with Black Friday deals coming up. Currently, I have a prebuilt system with the following specs: MSI Z490 Gaming Plus ATX motherboard, NVIDIA RTX 3070 GPU, Intel i5-10400F CPU, XPG Core Reactor 650W Gold PSU, and 32GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR4 RAM at 3600MHz. I'm more of a casual gamer and usually play older and indie games like Battlefield Redsec, Warzone, Arc Raiders, POE2, and Monster Hunter. I'm looking for suggestions, especially considering I'm thinking about Ryzen 7600 series CPUs but am open to opinions on what would be best. I have a 144Hz monitor, but high-end graphics aren't a requirement, and since I live near a Microcenter, I'm hoping to find good deals.

For your upgrade, I'd suggest looking at the Ryzen 7500F or 7600(X) series with a B650 or B580 motherboard. You could also go for some 6000MHz CL30 or CL36 RAM to keep costs down. Even a single stick of RAM can work fine with dual channel, since RAM prices are reasonable right now.

Thanks for the quick tips! Are there any specific motherboard brands I should prefer or avoid? I've heard mixed reviews about ASRock.
