I recently purchased a game called "Stardew Valley" from the App Store. My Apple Wallet had $23 in it. I tried to buy the game for $5, but the transaction was declined, and to my shock, my balance dropped from $23 to $3! It seems like Apple took $20 from me for no reason. I have screenshots to prove the transactions. What can I do about this?

It sounds like a frustrating situation! I recommend you reach out to Apple Support directly. They can help check the transaction history and hopefully resolve the issue for you.
If you're feeling really stuck, maybe consider contacting your bank as well. They might be able to help you dispute the charge. But definitely start with Apple Support!
Have you tried restarting your device? Sometimes a simple reboot can clear up payment issues. But if that doesn't work, contacting support is the best bet!
I get that, but I'm asking for real help, and restarting isn't going to fix this!
