Did I Choose the Right Specs for My New Gaming PC?

I'm upgrading my PC after more than 5 years, and I've been running on these specs:

* MSI RTX 3060 Gaming Z Trio (12GB)
* Ryzen 5 5600X
* MSI B550 Gaming Plus
* 32GB DDR4 3200 (4x8GB)

I'm planning a new build with a budget of around 2000€ or $2350, primarily for gaming but also for some video editing and 3D work. Here's the configuration I'm considering:

* MSI RTX 5070 Gaming Trio OC
* Ryzen 7 7700
* MSI B850-S WIFI
* 32GB DDR5 6000 CL30 (2x16GB)
* NZXT Kraken Elite 240
* Corsair RM750e (2025)
* Lian Li Lancool 217

I'm going to reuse my SSD and HDD and will build it myself. Do you think this setup is optimized for the price, or would you suggest any changes, particularly regarding the CPU/GPU balance or cooling solutions? Thanks!

You might not need the AIO cooling. A good air cooler, like the Thermalright dual towers, can offer similar or even better cooling performance for less money.

Yeah, I’ve realized that. I'm not too focused on just price-to-performance; I'm drawn to the AIO for its look. It seems like the only part that isn't strictly necessary.

The Phantom spirit cooler is quieter and cheaper than other options. Also, switching to CL36 RAM could save some cash since the performance difference isn't significant compared to CL30.

What’s the exact performance difference between CL36 and CL30? I'm curious how it affects overall performance.
