Did I Damage My GPU Pins While Cleaning?

Hey everyone, I was cleaning my PC while swapping out the CPU cooler and dusting it off with dry tissues. Now, my computer won't post at all. The motherboard LED flashes between CPU and DRAM before the VGA LED lights up red and stays that way. I've tried reseating the cooler, RAM, and GPU, but nothing seems to work. My motherboard is a GIGABYTE B650 AORUS Elite AX, and I've got an RTX 3080 Noctua for my GPU. I'm worried I might have damaged something. Any help would be really appreciated! I've saved for years to build this PC, and if it's dead, I honestly don't know what I'd do.

Try a bare minimum boot to troubleshoot. Remove everything unnecessary: use just one stick of RAM and test each stick in different slots, with no drives or peripherals connected. Only use the GPU if there's no integrated graphics on your motherboard. This will help narrow down the issue.

I'll give that a shot! I just finished reapplying thermal paste and swapped my RAM sticks. Unfortunately, it's still not posting, and the VGA LED is still red.
