I have a GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER WINDFORCE OC 16G, and I set my GPU fan to 30% while playing some less demanding games. Unfortunately, I forgot about it and started a more demanding game, leading to my GPU temps spiking as follows: 91.7°C for the GPU, 94°C for the Mem Junc, and 109.4°C for the GPU Hot Spot. I cranked the fans up immediately when I heard a new sound from my PC, and the temps dropped back down. Fortunately, my system didn't crash, but I'm worried if I might have damaged the card. How can I know if it's okay, and should I be concerned? Oh, and major frustration to NVIDIA for those driver issues!

I totally understand your panic reading those temps! A hot spot of 109°C isn't great, but it happens. As long as you're not seeing any artifacting or weird behavior in games, you should be good.
You might be fine! Generally, your system would probably crash or lock up before any serious damage happens at those temps. Just keep an eye on it.
Yeah, I’m hoping it self-regulated. I noticed a fan kicked on, and I didn't crash or anything, so I'm thinking it didn't hit shutdown limits.
