I recently installed Windows 11 on my laptop, which I bought after getting an old PC that had a 'pro windows' sticker on it. At first, I installed Ubuntu, but then I decided to clean it up and put Windows 11 on instead. When I logged in during installation with my Windows account, it didn't ask for a license or product key. After installation, I checked the activation status, and it says it's active, linked to my Microsoft account. My laptop shows the same message. I've purchased a key from a trusted site, but I want to know if I'm missing something by not entering it. How can I check what product key is currently being used on my devices? What if they share the same key? How can I enter a new key if needed?

Typically, Windows can automatically activate using a digital license that’s linked to your Microsoft account, especially if you're using an OEM version. This feature is designed to streamline the installation for users, so it’s normal that you weren’t prompted for a key during setup.

Got it! Is there a way to check the product keys for both computers to ensure they’re not using the same one? I tried some commands I found online, but they didn’t return any key.
