I've noticed that some folks mention having an account team, but I've never had one assigned to me. I'm curious if getting an account team is something that should happen early on, especially since our business has grown organically and we're currently spending about $4,900 a month. I recently saw a post about someone losing their account, and people were suggesting they should have contacted their account team. We're also Amazon Partners, but it seems like our APN rep has been MIA for a while now, and I can't find any contact info for them in Partner Central.

Hey! If you really want to reconnect with your account manager, I recommend creating a support case with the AWS Support team. They'll have the details on how to reach your manager or your APN representative. You can do that on the AWS support site.
Everyone does have an account manager, but depending on your service plan, they might not be as engaged. For instance, enterprise accounts usually get a technical account manager (TAM), but that happens only if you have an Enterprise Support subscription. If you’re simply an enterprise customer without that, you might not have as much direct contact.
That's interesting! Makes me wonder if it's worth trying to reach out to them regardless. My previous APN rep was super helpful.
Typically, every AWS account gets assigned an account manager, but if you’re on the smaller side, you might just have one manager covering multiple accounts. At your spending level, you're probably looking at a basic account manager rather than a whole team. It can vary based on your industry and whether you're a startup or not. Just keep in mind that the size of your account often dictates how much attention you get from AWS.
That makes sense! I've noticed different experiences based on account size. For example, I came across a guide that breaks down spend into tiers, which might help clarify things.
Good to know! Just out of curiosity, what size of account usually gets more engagement?
It’s definitely worth considering! Just be upfront about what you need. Maybe they can surprise you!
