I have a gaming PC that's about three years old, and I'm planning to upgrade my graphics card from an RTX 3070 Ti to a 5090. My setup includes an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core processor, a Gigabyte B550 UD AC motherboard, and 16GB of RAM. I'm wondering if I need to make any other upgrades for the new GPU to work properly. Is the 5090 too much for my system, and what would be the best GPU I could handle?

Before upgrading the GPU, it might be wise to increase your RAM to at least 32GB for better performance. More RAM can significantly boost your system, especially in gaming and multitasking scenarios. Since you have free RAM slots, just get two more sticks that match what you currently have!
Should I buy the same brand as my current sticks, or does it not matter?
