I'm currently using a B450 TOMAHAWK MAX motherboard and I'm planning to upgrade my graphics card from an RTX 3060 Ti to an RTX 5070 Ti. I'm wondering if I'll need to upgrade my motherboard as well to avoid any performance bottlenecks, or if my current setup will work just fine. Any advice?

Your motherboard should be fine for that upgrade. The bigger concern is probably your CPU. What processor are you currently using?
Upgrading your motherboard is easy, so unless you're going for a full water-cooling system, just swap the GPU now and worry about parts later if necessary.
Your B450 motherboard is compatible with most GPUs from the last 20 years, so there's really no need to change it just for a new graphics card.
I thought it might bottleneck the GPU based on what I heard. But I guess my CPU could be the real issue, right?
Just install the new card and see how it performs. If you notice any issues, then you can consider upgrading later.
I have an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor running at 4150 MHz.
