I'm looking to add an extra SSD in the second slot of my motherboard, but I'm a bit concerned about compatibility issues. Here are my specs:
- B550 Gigabyte motherboard
- Ryzen 7 5800X CPU
- RTX 4060 GPU
- Corsair 16GB RAM
- Cooler Master AIO CPU cooler
- 1TB Kingston SSD. Any advice?

You're good to go! There shouldn't be any compatibility problems. Just pop it in and format it up. The only thing to keep in mind is if you're using an M.2 SSD; some motherboards disable certain SATA ports to allow bandwidth for the M.2 connection, but otherwise, you’re all set!

Thanks for the reassurance! Just a bit worried about removing my graphics card to reach that second SSD port. That sounds daunting!
