Hey everyone! I'm building a rig with the Armaggeddon Aquaron Duplex PRO case. Currently, I have two front intake fans, one rear exhaust fan, and two top exhaust fans. I'm considering removing the rear exhaust fan because it blocks the view of my B550M Steel Legend motherboard's RGB, and I want the RGB to shine through clearly for aesthetics. The case features a mesh top panel, so I'm curious if that would suffice for heat to escape without the rear fan. My build includes a Ryzen 5 5600 processor paired with an RTX 3080 Ti. Would removing the rear fan impact my temperatures significantly, or will the two front intakes and three top exhaust fans be adequate?

I think the rear fan is quite important for GPU cooling, especially in tight spaces. But since you have more exhaust than intake, removing it might still be okay for airflow.
It probably won't matter much for your temps, but why not just unplug the rear fan and see the temp difference yourself? It’s simpler than debating it online.
I have a similar setup and removed my rear exhaust fan without really noticing a difference. So you're probably good with your current fan setup.
With two top exhaust fans, the rear fan isn't really necessary. You've got plenty of airflow already. Manufacturers usually put a rear fan slot in for the sake of it, but I doubt it'll make much difference if you take it out.
Consider flipping the rear fan around to use it as an intake. Just keep an eye on the temperature changes – it can help with airflow, especially around your GPU. But beware, it might affect static pressure.
