Do I Really Need Extra Thermal Paste for My First PC Build?

I'm gearing up to build my first PC and I just discovered that I'm missing thermal paste. My Arctic Freezer III Pro cooler supposedly has pre-applied thermal paste, but I'm wondering if that's really enough or if I should stress out about this. Also, here's my full build for reference: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HyzCNz.

Yeah, I've had a similar experience! Go check your cooler box; there’s probably a tiny tube of thermal paste in there. And if you're seeing that pre-applied stuff, you shouldn't have any issues using that for now. First-time builder nerves happen to the best of us!

It's kind of surprising, but most AIO coolers, including your Arctic Freezer, usually come with a small tube of thermal paste in the box. You might have just overlooked it! If there's pre-applied paste on the cooler, that's generally sufficient for initial use, so don't worry too much; it should be just fine.
