Do PC components come with cables?

I'm looking to build my own computer instead of buying a prebuilt one, and I have a few questions. First, is it really cheaper to build a PC compared to buying one that's already assembled? Second, do components like the GPU and power supply come with their own cables, or do I need to purchase those separately? Lastly, could anyone suggest a good graphics card that fits a budget? Thanks in advance!

Generally, building a PC is cheaper unless you catch an amazing deal on a prebuilt. You'll usually have all the essential cables included with the power supply. As for GPUs, it's tricky without knowing your specific needs or budget. If you’re gaming on a $1300 budget, consider exploring second-hand options where you can find better GPUs at a good price.

Most power supplies do come with their own cables, and motherboards typically include an SSD cable. Just make sure to check the GPU's power connector because not all power supplies include the newer Nvidia connector, so an adapter might be needed. As for graphics cards, if you're gaming, I'd recommend looking at AMD for better value, but Nvidia offers useful features like DLSS.

Definitely, buying prebuilt is generally more expensive since you're paying for labor. Most components come with the necessary cables. For GPU recommendations, there's a variety depending on what you're willing to spend, but don't forget to mention your budget to get the best advice!

Yes, it usually costs less to build your own, plus you can choose higher quality parts. Most components, including the power supply, will come with cables. Just keep in mind, you might need to buy a SATA cable separately for some hard drives. For GPU suggestions, it really depends on what games you want to play and your budget!
