I'm building my first PC and have ordered the parts already! I've been reading up on RAM latency and learned that AMD CPUs might be sensitive to RAM timings. I'm considering a Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR5-6000 with CL36 for my Ryzen 5 9600X, but there's a CL30 version for $25 more. I don't care about squeezing out a couple of frames, but I don't want to run into any serious issues down the line. Is the difference between CL30 and CL36 significant for gaming?

You're probably looking at only a couple of frames difference. If you’re gaming at GPU-limited settings, you might not even notice it. But for $25 more, it might be worth grabbing the CL30 just for peace of mind.
If you’re tuning your system manually, CL30 could give you better performance, especially with non-X3D Ryzen CPUs. For just $26 more, I'd recommend going for it!
In most cases, the difference is minor, but it could vary depending on the game. Personally, I’d spring for the CL30 if it’s not a strain on your budget.
Yeah, especially if you're running demanding games, that little difference might come in handy!
