I've heard that some users experience issues with the search bar in their iPhone settings not working for a few days after setting it up. I have spotlight search functioning well, but the settings search bar keeps showing 'No Results Found' no matter what I type in. Is this a common issue, or could something be wrong with my phone?

That doesn't sound normal at all! What model of iPhone are you using, and what version of iOS is it running? If you could share a screenshot, that might help too!
I've not heard of the settings search acting up like that. Usually, spotlight being fine means the phone is working pretty well. Maybe just give it some more time or try restarting your phone. Sometimes a simple reboot helps fix minor glitches!
