Hey everyone! I've got my first 1440p gaming PC build ready to go, and I'd love some feedback before I take the plunge. You can check out my build list here: [PCPartPicker Link](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/h2B6Zc). The only part I'm iffy about is the motherboard. Should I splurge a bit on a nicer one for aesthetics, or is what I've picked a good match for my other components? Thanks for your help!

It seems like you have both 2x8 and 2x16 RAM kits, both at 6000 CL38. Are you planning to use them all together? If so, I'd suggest just sticking with the 2x16 sticks. For better performance, consider swapping out to 6000 CL30 or even trying 6400 CL32 with FCLK 1:1 in the BIOS. Ryzen CPUs are picky about RAM setup, and using 4 sticks can lead to issues down the line. Better to keep it simple!
Hey! I'm actually putting together a similar setup with the same cooler and RAM. I've got a 7700 and a 7800xt!
Your motherboard looks just fine! Just a heads up, make sure you're not accidentally getting 2x8Gb RAM sticks; go for the 2x16 ones instead. You'll be glad you did!
I actually have the 2x16Gb already. I got the 2x8Gb as a freebie when I ordered my CPU from Newegg.
Overall, your build looks solid! Don't forget to check the I/O options on your motherboard to ensure it has all the ports you need. Pay attention to the audio codec if you're planning to use onboard sound. It's also good to look out for lane sharing, but if you're only using one M.2 and no extra cards besides the GPU, you should be fine.
I was initially going to use the 2x16 but got the 2x8 for free. I’ll take your advice and return the CL38 for the 6400 CL32 instead!
