I'm trying to play Skyrim but I can't get Mod Organizer 2 to work despite following various guides. I'm considering using WinBoat to install and run modded Skyrim instead. What kind of performance drop should I anticipate with this setup? My PC isn't very powerful; it has 16GB of DDR4 RAM, an Intel Iris Xe integrated GPU, and an Intel-1240P processor.

Using WinBoat can cause a noticeable performance drop due to the lack of GPU acceleration. You might find that gaming isn't as smooth as it could be on a native Windows installation.
I might just go for dual booting with Windows 10 instead! I've heard Win11 has issues with bootloaders after updates.
