I'm new to using AWS Support and have a service quota request open for three days, but it hasn't been assigned yet. I'm just curious about what the typical response times are for service quota requests under the Basic Support plan. Has anyone else experienced this?

Response time can vary widely. I've waited over 6 months for one ticket with absolutely no action. I guess you really do get what you pay for with support.
Yeah, I've been waiting for 23 days on a request that's still unassigned. It seems like they don't prioritize Basic Support cases much nowadays.
Honestly, it can be pretty hit or miss with the Basic Support plan. I've had requests that took forever to get any response. It really depends on what you're asking for. If it's simple, you might get help eventually, but for more complex issues, it could take ages or maybe even go unanswered.
Just to give some perspective, I'm just trying to add phone numbers to my Connect instances to handle calls. Seems like a simple request, yet here we are.
I had a request that sat for 18 days before I saw any progress. It's frustrating, but it seems like Basic Support can be really slow.
