I'm in a tough spot because AWS just suspended my account, and now my production is down. I've been in close contact with several AWS support representatives. This situation began when I initiated a verification request on January 29. I submitted all the requested documents promptly, and despite going through multiple escalations, it didn't help. I provided my passport, bank statements, and business documents, but I still got suspended. I've been informed that I need to resolve this by February 18, or I risk losing everything. Has anyone else been able to recover from a full suspension after complying with all their requirements?

This is such a frustrating situation! I’ve read about so many similar cases with AWS, but I haven't seen this happen to Azure users. It can't be a good feeling.
Lol, check out r/oraclecloud. They don’t mess around either.
Last month, I faced a similar issue with my account getting suspended, but thankfully, it was reinstated within two days. I had to keep pushing the support team hard, and it turns out it was just due to making requests from a different region. It felt so unjustified since that's exactly what some of their features are for!
That’s so strange! I’ve been making cross-region requests too, and it’s been fine for me. It seems like there’s more going on behind the scenes.
It’s wild how legitimate traffic can raise red flags while actual bots seem to get a free pass.
Just got an update from AWS and they're now claiming my account is linked to previously closed accounts, which is complete nonsense. I’ve provided docs to prove our legitimacy, but they won’t give me any details about these supposed linked accounts. What am I supposed to do?
Why don't you have backups of your production databases? This is essential!?
Sounds like they might just be trying to choke out competition. I’d consider moving my next project somewhere else.
I’m really sorry you’re going through this. AWS used to be much better at keeping their customers happy. Not sure what’s going on with their support lately.
Right? It's like they've shifted from customer obsession to just being frugal.
Wow, this really makes you think about relying too heavily on one service provider. It’s kinda scary how AWS can just pull the rug out from under you like that.
Absolutely! I’m starting to believe in diversifying regimens across platforms.

Honestly, because no one uses Azure much, they just don't generate the same kind of horror stories!
