I recently upgraded my GPU to an RX 9700 XT, while keeping my R5 7600 CPU, and I'm having some serious issues with CPU-heavy games. My CPU usage is hitting 100%, the GPU usage is under 30%, and I'm facing extreme crashes while playing Fortnite. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and if there are any solutions to fix it.

Your setup looks pretty balanced overall. Which components did you upgrade? Did you check your temperatures? Also, it might be worth reinstalling Windows after such a significant change in hardware.
What was your previous GPU? Just curious because if you're still using the same CPU, that might be causing a bottleneck.
Are you playing on low settings? Fortnite can be really CPU intensive, and if your settings are too low, it might not utilize your GPU effectively.
I've tinkered with all the settings, but unfortunately, it hasn't made much difference.
I upgraded from an RTX 5060, so I guess the GPU switch might be part of the problem.
