Experiencing a Strange Thin Line on My Screen – Help Needed!

I've got this odd, thin line at the very top of my screen that seems to change with the display orientation. It's only a few pixels wide and doesn't show up in the BIOS, so I'm thinking it's not a hardware issue. I'm using an NVIDIA RTX 4060 (laptop version) and have updated my drivers. My screen refresh rate is set to 144 Hz. I'm really stuck on this and could use any advice or solutions! I'll add some photos for reference in the comments.

It sounds like a driver issue, have you tried using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove and reinstall your GPU drivers? It can sometimes solve odd display problems like this. Good luck with it!

I'll give that a shot, thanks for the tip!

Before you go the DDU route, check the display settings and make sure nothing is misconfigured. It might be worth toggling some settings just to see if it resolves itself. Let me know if you figure it out!
