Hey everyone, I've run into a frustrating issue. About six months ago, I dealt with BSODs that seemed to indicate a dying SSD, which led me to replace it with a SN850x. For a while, everything was smooth sailing until just three days ago when the BSODs struck again. This time, I'm getting "Unexpected Store Exception" and "Kernel Data Inpage Error". My system isn't generating any minidump files, which is making me suspect it might be an SSD issue once more.
I find it hard to believe my new SSD could already be defective, so I'd like to explore other potential culprits. I have some concerning hardware components I haven't replaced yet due to time constraints. Here are my specs:
- CPU: 13700k – I worry about potential degradation or oxidation since I bought it right after its release.
- RAM: 32 GB DDR5 7200 – I disabled XMP. It's been stable at the default JEDEC 4800 speeds, aside from one crash.
- GPU: 5090 FE
- PSU: Corsair SF750 – I suspect this might be the biggest issue since 750w seems low for the CPU and GPU combo, despite having everything undervolted.
I've kept an eye on temps, and everything seems normal, so nothing is overheating or out of whack. If anyone has insights or advice, I would greatly appreciate it! Happy to provide more info if needed, but as I mentioned, my PC isn't creating any minidumps right now. Thanks!

It’s important to get minidump files for effective troubleshooting of BSODs. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check the `C:WindowsMinidump` folder for any files. If you find some, zip them up and share them via a file hosting site, like catbox.moe or mediafire.com. Having multiple dump files helps clarify the cause of the crashes. If you find none, you might want to follow a guide to adjust the settings to create small memory dumps moving forward.
Have you checked if your SSD firmware is up to date? Sometimes that can cause issues. Also, check your BIOS—it might need an update too. If it's been a couple of months since your last BIOS update, it’s worth looking into.
I did update the SSD firmware, but I’ll double-check the BIOS to see if there’s a new version available. I also cleared the CMOS to reset any undervolting or overclocking settings.
