Experiencing Frequent Black Screen Crashes While Gaming — Need Help

Hey everyone! I'm dealing with black screen crashes on my PC, which have become a real hassle lately. These crashes usually happen when I'm playing games, whether they put a heavy load on the CPU or GPU—originally, it was just the GPU causing issues. Now, I'm left in the dark, not knowing if I'll be able to play without the screen going black. I'm unsure if it's due to Windows 11, an NVIDIA driver issue, my GPU, or possibly my power supply. Has anyone else experienced similar problems, especially those who don't seem to have any hardware issues? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! For reference, I'm running the latest driver with an NVIDIA 3080 and an AMD Ryzen 5600x.

Before making any changes, always back up your important files. Sometimes, tweaking BIOS settings can lead to data loss if something goes wrong. Just a heads up!

Good call! I'm definitely backing up. Don't want to lose anything important.

When the black screen hits, have you checked the Event Viewer for any crash logs? It might give you clues if it's a hardware issue or something else going on. It's definitely worth looking into!

I haven't checked Event Viewer in detail yet. I usually just see a random crash report. I'll look into it, thanks!
