I've been trying to install Office 365 32-bit for hours, but nothing seems to be working. The OfficeSetup.exe online installer keeps failing, and I'm also having trouble downloading files using the Office Deployment Tool (ODT). I keep running into "Please reconnect to the internet" errors. I've tested this on multiple devices across three different networks, so I'm pretty sure the problem isn't on my end. I haven't seen any outage notifications from Microsoft, and I don't see others discussing this issue—am I the only one facing this?

I noticed this too! My Office updates have been stuck on the downloading screen for ages. I have a coworker dealing with Autopilot failures because Office won't install, and we're both using 64-bit versions here in New Zealand.
I've been troubleshooting a similar issue for a client for a few hours as well, and we tried everything including the offline installer. We kept getting stuck at 3% with the same "no internet" message. We managed to get it to 37% by deleting some specific MS Office folders and registry keys, but it ultimately failed again. So relieved to know it's not just me!
Is the 64-bit installer working for anyone? If it is, then it might be an issue with using the 32-bit OS. 😅
I'm betting this could be a Microsoft DNS issue.
Same here, I just gave up for the day. I can't register to MDM or install Office 365, and there’s no info on the official site. At least I know I'm not alone in this struggle!
I'm experiencing the same issue. I noticed it about 4 hours ago and opened a ticket with Microsoft, but I haven't heard back yet. Since Office 365 is crucial for enrolling devices to Intune, this is really impacting us. I've tried connecting on different networks and even with personal accounts. I'll keep you updated if I find out more!
Thanks for confirming! I was starting to think I was going crazy. Usually, there are tons of people commenting when there's an outage. Looks like it might only be affecting the 32-bit version or specific regions.

Unfortunately, I have to stick with the 32-bit version because one of the apps I support requires it. No alternatives for that!
