I recently built a new PC using a 9600x CPU, B650 motherboard, and a 9060XT GPU along with 32GB of RAM. While I'm getting decent frame rates of 90-130 in Fortnite, I'm struggling to even move in Elden Ring. I'm quite new to this whole building thing and have tried various fixes I came across, but I haven't updated the BIOS yet. Any suggestions on how to improve my performance?

Hmm, that sounds unusual. Double-check that you've enabled XMP (or EXPO) for the RAM. It might also help to lower the settings in Elden Ring since it's quite demanding, or make sure your monitor's display cable is connected to the GPU instead of the motherboard.
Make sure your display cable is plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard! I had a similar issue and that was the fix for me.
Are the games installed on an SSD? That could affect load times and performance.
For optimal FPS in gaming, you might want to consider upgrading to an X3D CPU.
Check a few basics: Is your GPU seated in the right slot? Also, ensure that all your cables are securely connected, your RAM settings are configured correctly, and that Windows has all the latest updates and drivers.
