Experiencing Micro Stutters on Windows 11—Any Solutions?

I'm having some frustrating micro stutters when watching YouTube or playing games on my PC. I've tried recording the issues, but they don't show up in the recordings, so I'm guessing it's not a network problem. This started happening after I upgraded to Windows 11. Here are my specs:

- Motherboard: Aorus B450 Elite
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT 6 core 3.79 GHz
- RAM: 32 GB DDR4
- Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6 GB
- Storage: 2.38 TB with at least 30 GB free on each drive

Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this?

I totally get the frustration! When you talk about hearing a 'grr' sound for a brief moment, it sounds like it's more of an audio issue. Have you tried checking your sound settings or using different audio outputs? If it’s just not appearing in recordings, maybe consider using software to monitor your audio performance. Sometimes the issue can be with specific software or drivers after an OS upgrade.

Could you clarify what you mean by micro stutters? Have you tried swapping out your display cables or testing with a different monitor? Lowering the resolution might also help. Since your hardware is from around 2019-2020, it’s possible something might be starting to fail after all this time.
