Experiencing Undeliverable Internal Emails in Exchange 365?

I've noticed that we've been having a lot of trouble with users unable to send emails to other internal users. They're receiving undeliverable notices, and this started happening around 11:10 AM ET. I checked the Service Health page and found that Microsoft is reporting problems, although it doesn't exactly match our issues, but the timing aligns. I also heard from CodeTwo, and they seem uncertain if the issue lies with them or Microsoft. Has anyone else been dealing with this?

I'm struggling with sending both internal and external emails too. It seems like there’s a connection issue with specific connectors in Exchange Online. Have you been using CodeTwo? I got a '550 5.4.310' error where it said the DNS domain doesn’t exist.

Yep, I'm facing the same issue too! I tried sending an email to a shared mailbox, and the first attempt failed, but the second one went through perfectly fine. Gotta love the way the cloud works sometimes!

Definitely getting some DNS issues over here as well, with the domain not being recognized. Wonder if the problem lies with those connectors or perhaps something bigger happening upstream?

I've been wondering that too. Seems like multiple sites are down, and there have been reports of issues with Twitter as well.

I started having this issue around 4:30 PM local time, which is 3:30 AM ET. After getting the undelivered notice, I resent the email and both copies came through at the same time! For internal emails, just resending seems to work, although the receiver ended up getting two copies. Hope you all figure this out soon! I'm off to sleep now, you got this!
