Hey everyone,
As we're shifting towards a passwordless environment in our company, we're tackling the last bits where passwords are still in use. Our Employee WiFi allows staff to use their personal devices, but right now, they still authenticate using their username and password. On corporate devices, we've got it sorted with device certificate authentication.
Now, we're on the lookout for a secure and user-friendly way for our employees to connect to the Employee Wi-Fi without the hassle of passwords. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Have you thought about setting up a guest WiFi network? It could be isolated from your main network, either routing directly to the internet or going through a specific firewall. You can set it up with a captive portal to collect email addresses for access. There are tons of captive portal solutions available too!
Device certificates are definitely a solid solution for passwordless encrypted Wi-Fi. You could also consider leaving the SSID open without encryption, but that’s a risky move as anyone could then connect without entering a password.
