Finding the Limits of AI Use in Personal Communication

As someone on the autism spectrum who heavily relies on chat tools like GPT for various tasks, I'm curious about where to draw the line regarding its usage. For instance, I often use GPT to help me organize my thoughts, formulate responses, and even analyze personal relationships for manipulation. Is it considered wrong to use AI for these purposes? I sometimes find the ethics around this area blurry and would appreciate some guidance on what might be viewed as acceptable versus distasteful.

I don't think your use of AI is wrong at all! If it's helping you communicate better and make sense of your thoughts, then that's a win. Just make sure it's working for you the way you need it to!

Using AI for clarity in communication is fine, as long as your intentions are genuine. The real issue is if someone uses it to create emotional responses they don't truly feel, but you seem to be using it authentically!

Thanks for clarifying! I've seen people criticize others for using AI in conversation, thinking it sounds robotic, which made me worry about how I'd be perceived. Your perspective really helps!
